Card Support Greeters: For the First Time Guest , Raffle Ticket Handout & New Partner Appeals

Important Instructions

1. Every guest, no matter how many times they have visited, will receive a blue raffle ticket which is located on the shelf on top of the invite card box.  These tickets can be given out as they come in and during share the love (be positioned during share the love to hand our tickets as well).  NO PARTNERS/MEMBERS ARE TO GET THESE TICKETS ONLY GUEST.  Please give them the ticket and place the duplicate in a container for the drawing.

Note: DO NOT GIVE OUT YELLOW FIRST TIME GUEST CARDS BEFORE THE OFFICIAL WELCOME FROM THE STAGE DURING WORSHIP

2. First Time Guest ONLY when called for at the welcome appeal will get the yellow guest card to complete and the gift pen in the box.  Again, only FIRST TIME GUEST gets the yellow card and gift pen at the welcome appeal.

3. At the call for new partners (after sermon); be in position to give the red card to complete and get back AND THE CARD WITH QR code for them to take.

4. Make sure all chairs have envelopes in the back of them

​

5. At the end of worship, both main greeters and card support greeters should be in the back to hand out the invite cards for partners to pass out during the week.
